i mentioned in passing, in a previous post, Malu Fernandez, for her demeaning, prejudiced, insulting and ignorant remarks about overseas Filipino workers (OFWs). it is bad enough to be discriminated against by some people outside your race. but there is nothing more hateful, mean and vile than being discriminated against by someone from your own race, much less a fellow countryman. she is a columnist in a daily broadsheet, and that makes her more dangerous. for someone who (supposedly) came from a well to-do family, breeding and compassion were apparently two things that were forgotten to be drilled into her.
Kris Aquino is a younger version of Ms. Fernandez. she may have not insulted any OFW, but she has thrown cheap shots at some people. some of them contestants in her game show, and some were guests in her (and her manager's) talk show. she is a conceited, self-applauding, know-it-all, haughty, arrogant brat. i can go on and on about her delusions but i won't waste any more space. by the way, Ms. Aquino is the youngest daughter of the late Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino and former Philippine president Corazon Cojuangco-Aquino. does that bit of information tell you anything?
these two are indeed two peas in a pod. they are so delusional, they forget that karma is indeed a bitch.
