today is the start of the PGA Championship and i'm watching it online at pgatour.com. as most everyone else, i'm rooting for Tiger. been following his career since his amateur days when he won his 3rd consecutive US amateur championship. i really hope he wins this final major championship this year.
Tiger competing in a golf tournament is one of my guilty pleasures. i get so excited when he plays in a tournament, and feels down when he doesn't win it.
when i think of him and Michael Jordan, i just feel so lucky that i had(have) the chance to watch them play. they are two of the greatest sports personality - ever. too bad Michael is retired. another player who excites me is Sidney Crosby. so young, so phenomenal, so very talented. another one who is in the same category is Roger Federer. these guys are really, really good in their respective sports. we're just so lucky to have the chance to watch them mesmerize us in years to come.
and now back to watching Tiger...
