i got a "Notice of Trial Summary Case" from the mail today. ngek! i was ticketed for speeding last july 12. according to the officer, i was going 42mph on a 25mph road. 17mph over the speed limit, which is equivalent to a 3-pt driving penalty based on PA guidelines. i was also assessed a $158.50 fine. i pleaded not guilty so a trial was set for september 7.
